a. If you cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be eligible for a full refund.

b. If you cancel your reservation less than 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

c. If you cancel your reservation after the scheduled pick-up time or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Service Disruption Policy

a. If we are unable to provide the requested service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdowns, you will be eligible for a full refund.

b. If we are able to provide a partial service, such as a shorter ride or a different vehicle, you will be eligible for a partial refund based on the cost of the service provided.

b. We will investigate your claim and issue a refund if the charges are found to be incorrect.

a. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the request.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

a. We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time, without notice.

b. Your continued use of our services after any amendments will constitute acceptance of the updated refund policy.
